Celebrating the Longest Day of the Year
This summer get ready for The Junction Summer Solstice Festival, celebrating the longest day of the year! The festival will have a ferris wheel for you to soar over the best neighborhood in the city, as well as curb side cuisine to satisfy your rumbling tummy. There will also be a late night production show and healthy living activities and events for the Toronto health nuts out there. Did I mention shopping? Well – there’s shopping too so you really can’t miss this event!
The Junction Summer Solstice Festival is for Everyone
The festival will be taking place on Saturday, June 20th from noon to midnight and is hosted by The Junction Business Improvement Area. Food vendors including: “Baan Thai,” “Vesuvio Pizzeria & Spaghetti House,” and “Delight Chocolate” will be featured at the festival for you to drool over. There will also be acrobats, buskers, a live mural project and musicians to feast your eyes on. Clearly, there is something at The Junction Summer Solstice Festival for everyone and there is no reason to not join in on the fun. Make the most of the longest day of the year and explore more of what the Junction has to offer by shopping, eating, exploring and having a merry time.
